  • You submit a request through our ticket system.
  • A Support Associate acknowledges your request and gathers more information via e-mail or phone, as needed.
  • A Support Associate completes your request and notifies you through our ticket system.
  • You submit additional requests through our ticket system and a Support Associate completes them. Rinse and repeat!
